Rachel did a fabulous job with both our late May micro wedding and later, larger reception! She nailed the vision: the color palette, the stunning florals, the decor, and just the vibes overall. She was instrumental in supporting our planning and really helped us figure out what we wanted—and this is coming from a couple without a Pinterest board or many initial “visions”. She is extremely talented, and we loved working with a PNW native who really understood the lush greenery we wanted. There was one hiccup with our invites, but we would hire her again in a heartbeat and absolutely recommend! She really helped to make our wedding weekend feel authentic to us and so memorable, not to mention *literally* stress-free. She gave excellent advice throughout the planning process and the end result was a relaxing, beautiful day that felt and looked true to us 💕 Her florals filling our house for a week+ after the events was an added bonus!

Rachel did such a wonderful job with all the florals at my November wedding!! I am so happy with how everything turned out. Not only did she bring all my inspo and comments to life, she was also SO SO supportive outside of floral details. We hired Rachel to do our florals, planning/design, and day of coordinating and she did such an AMAZING job! For the florals, we gave Rachel some color preferences as well as a few specific flowers to work with and she took those ideas and turned them into something more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. The arrangements were bright, cheerful, and dreamy - not too formal and they evoked a wildflower/meadow feel which was exactly what we wanted. Rachel's process was collaborative, and we really appreciated the open conversation leading up to our wedding day. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the flowers were. Rachel also helped us with various signage items such as table assignments, table numbers, and menus. All turned out beautifully and were very cohesive with our vision. As far as day-of-coordinating - our wedding day ran super smoothly. Rachel did so much groundwork to make sure all of our vendors were coordinated and on the same page. Rachel absolutely nailed it with the florals and decor for our wedding! We gave her a few ideas and she worked her magic. She took the time to get to know our style and personalities, and made sure that those were reflected in every aspect of the wedding. She also did a great job as the wedding planner and day-of coordination. Even in the most stressful times of wedding planning, I found myself laughing during our meetings.

We hired Olympia Blooms to do our flowers for our wedding as well as our Day-of coordinating. Rachel and her team blew our expectations out of the water. We got a lot of praise from our guests about how good the flowers looked. We wanted earth tones and a more naturally-draped look to arrangements and the pictures speak for themselves. Rachel was incredibly professional while being easy to talk to through the whole process. We gave her a lot of freedom with the flowers and what she came up with was perfect. For day-of coordinating, she made our big day stress free, walked us through everything and had everything prepared well ahead of time. She is very experienced and her guidance was extremely helpful while still being receptive to whatever we wanted to do. She recommended most of the vendors we went with and they were all rockstars.
